Hia Events & Management provides event planning, coordination, and execution services including but not limited to décor planning, event flow management, guest management, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision. The scope of services will be defined and agreed upon in the final quotation or contract.
Event bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Service dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any changes in event requirements must be communicated in writing.
Payment terms, advance amount, and balance payment schedule will be mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
All payments must be made as per the agreed timeline.
Delays in payment may result in service delays or cancellation.
Cancellation by the client must be communicated in writing.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, if any, will be subject to the stage of planning and expenses already incurred.
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, approvals, and timely feedback.
Any permissions, licenses, or approvals required from authorities or venues must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Hia Events & Management may engage third-party vendors for event execution. While we ensure coordination and quality, we are not liable for delays or failures caused due to third-party circumstances beyond our control.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies.
All designs, concepts, content, images, and creatives developed by Hia Events & Management remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Hia Events & Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Client information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
